CrossFit’s from New Jersey and the Tri-State area have been competing in the Nasty Northeast Throwdown. But unlike a usual CrossFit competition, the organizers created one workout to complete on 9/11. Instead of finishing first, the focus became about remembering our fallen heroes and victims of a tragedy 10 years ago to the day.
CrossFit Oldtown rocked the 2nd day of competition of the 2011 Mid-Atlantic Hopper. CFOT finished 2nd in team competition and won the Men’s Masters Division. Check out the action below!
