CrossFit Oldtown Fights For Mike
CrossFit Oldtown held it’s fundraiser Fight For Mike to help one of their members cover the medical costs of fighting an unknown neuro degenerative disease. Other members of the CrossFit community locally and nationally as well. See how it all went down in my latest CrossFit Journal video.
A New Off-Season Training Program
TC Williams Crew is one of the top scholastic rowing programs in the Mid-Atlantic. For their off-season training Coach Pete Stramese brought some of his students to CrossFit Oldtown to begin training CrossFit. See what the kids thought about CrossFit in my latest CrossFit Journal video here.
