Karyn Marshall picked up CrossFit a year and a half ago. And in just that short timespan Karyn qualified for the 55-60 Masters Division at the CrossFit Games. But shortly after the Games, Karyn’s life totally changed. Find out what happened and with Karyn’s fight here.

CrossFit After School
CrossFit Gonzaga is an after-school program for kids from the Gonzaga College High School run by CrossFit Oldtown Coach Kevin Hare. Watch the video to learn how to do some weighted pull-ups and just how important CrossFit can be for kids.
The 40-Year Old Competitor
Marcie Wells out of CrossFit Coastal is competing in the 2012 CrossFit Games Open. She qualified for Regionals in 60th place at the age of 39. This year Marcie will be 40 and she talks about competing as an older athlete who’s not quite a Master yet here.
A New Hero
Last night CrossFit unveiled a new Hero WOD, “Zimmerman“. It’s a brutal 25-minute AMRAP of chest-to-bar pull-ups, heavy deadlifts, and handstand push-ups. Check out how the boys and gals of District CrossFit handled the workout.
