Remember 9/11 The CrossFit Way
CrossFit’s from New Jersey and the Tri-State area have been competing in the Nasty Northeast Throwdown. But unlike a usual CrossFit competition, the organizers created one workout to complete on 9/11. Instead of finishing first, the focus became about remembering our fallen heroes and victims of a tragedy 10 years ago to the day.
