CrossFit is a family affair for the DeGain’s. Check out in this video how they manage to run their gym and keep the kids active and healthy at the same time.

Several of CrossFit’s top athletes were on hand during a certification in Morristown to hit this CrossFit workout that debuted last Saturday.  It took its time getting to YouTube, but here it is now to enjoy!

This video was a last minute request from CrossFit. I spent the morning at Outlaw CrossFit filming their athletes and coach going over CrossFit’s WOD (or Workout Of the Day), and then the afternoon putting it together before it was published at 8pm that night.  Not bad for a quickie.
