Coach Joe DeGain of 810 CrossFit has spent most of his life coaching wrestlers and now CrossFit. In fact he spends most of his weekends traveling the country to help with CrossFit Level 1 Certifications. CrossFit Oldtown culminated it’s fundraising efforts with the 17-minute workout, Fight Gone Bad. This video is part of the 2011 Pukie Film Fest where it’ll go up against other videos from CrossFit gyms that documented their members doing the workout. A big thanks to everyone out there who donated for the Fight!
CrossFit Oldtown’s Kids also did Fight Gone Bad, just like the adults! The kids also raised over $400.00 by fundraising with their friends and family. Everyone gets in on the action!
