When a Fight Gone Bad does So Much Good
CrossFit Oldtown culminated it’s fundraising efforts with the 17-minute workout, Fight Gone Bad. This video is part of the 2011 Pukie Film Fest where it’ll go up against other videos from CrossFit gyms that documented their members doing the workout. A big thanks to everyone out there who donated for the Fight!
Kids Fighting…it’s a good thing
CrossFit Oldtown’s Kids also did Fight Gone Bad, just like the adults! The kids also raised over $400.00 by fundraising with their friends and family. Everyone gets in on the action!

Two members of CrossFit Oldtown have put their hair on the line in an effort to raise money for 3 good causes through Fight Gone Bad. You can save the beard by donating to Eric Mckenna or save the hair by donating to Melissa Lopes.
Aloha Heavy Weight
While out on vacation in Honolulu I got a chance to hang out at CrossFit 808 and Elyse Umeda. We put together a couple of videos, including this Workout Demo comprising of overhead squats, front squats, and back squats. Check it out!
Competing One Week Later
Gretchen Kittelberger competed in the 2011 CrossFit Games but just one week later competed in the 2011 Team SuperFit competition because she didn’t want to let down her teammate. In this video she discusses her experience at the 2011 Games and how she ended up competing twice in one week.
