CrossFit Oldtown Honors the Kabul 9
Earlier this month CrossFit Oldtown member Fred Hixson created a workout to honor the victims of Kabul 9. It was a humbling workout to say the least. Check out the video! Maybe you have what it takes to do this workout too.
